The general assembly of Arabtec Holding Company approved the recommendation of the Board of Directors to distribute cash dividends of 5 fils per share, or 5% of the capital, for the fiscal year ending 31 December 2018.

According to the company’s statement on the Dubai Market website, the General Assembly adopted all decisions and approved the financial statements for the year 2018.

The company achieved a net profit of 256 million dirhams for the year 2018, an increase of 108% compared to 123 million dirhams in 2017.
