Saudi Aramco announced, via its website, that it intends to announce its financial results for the first quarter of this year on Shawwal 28, 1445 AH, corresponding to May 7, 2024 AD.
Aramco is scheduled to conduct an electronic broadcast to review the company's results for the first quarter of 2024, which is scheduled to be held on Shawwal 28, 1445 AH, corresponding to May 7, 2024.
The podcast will begin at 3:30 p.m. Riyadh time / 1:30 p.m. London time / 8:30 a.m. New York time.
Saudi Aramco's annual financial results revealed a 24.71% decline in its net profits during 2023 on an annual basis.
Net profit amounted to about 454.76 billion riyals, compared to 604.01 billion riyals in 2022.
Aramco said in a statement on Tadawul that this decline mainly reflects the impact of lower crude oil prices and sales volumes, and weak profit margins in refining and chemicals businesses, which was partially offset by lower revenues from crude oil production, and lower income taxes and zakat.
Aramco's annual revenues declined by about 17.62%, reaching about 1.65 trillion riyals in 2023, compared to about 2 trillion riyals in 2022.
