The Board of Directors of Al Madina Cement Company recommended the distribution of cash dividends for the first half of the year 2020 AD and of the balance of retained earnings at 10% of the par value of the share.
According to Arabiya Net, the company said that the total amount distributed is 140 million riyals, and the share of the share will be one riyal.
the eligibility of dividends will be for shareholders who own shares on the maturity date of 11/11/2020 and who are registered in the shareholders register issued with the Securities Depository Center Company at the end of the second trading day following the maturity date.
