With the advent of International Women's Day on March 21st, the PWC has released its annual women's work index.
The index addressed the evaluation of women's economic empowerment through several measures, the most prominent of which are: equality in income, women's ability to work, and job security.
Iceland was rated the best country for practicing women in the work environment with a rate of 79.1%, followed by Sweden with 76.1%, while New Zealand came in third with 73.6%. / p>
As is evident from the previous figure, among the first ten are Scandinavian countries occupied five places, while the major countries in the world are struggling to catch up.
According to the index, the UK ranked 13th, while the United States ranked 23rd in the world.
