The Secretary-General of OPEC, Haitham Al-Ghais, received the Ambassador-designate of the Custodian of the Two Holy Mosques to the Republic of Austria and Permanent Representative to international organizations in Vienna, Khalid bin Abdullah Toula, today, Thursday, at the OPEC secretariat.
The Secretary-General of OPEC highlighted the leading role played by the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia in supporting stability in the global oil market, in the interest of all producers and consumers, as well as the global economy as a whole, according to what OPEC previously published through its account on the X Twitter platform.
The two parties discussed a group of key topics related to energy, including market developments and energy security, in addition to ways to enhance cooperation between the Kingdom and OPEC.
