Emirates Telecommunications Company has announced its full acquisition of Help AG, the regional company specialized in providing cyber security services and solutions.
According to Al Khaleej newspaper, the move will contribute to unifying the cybersecurity capabilities of both companies, and in a manner that is conducive to the birth of the strongest cyber security unit in the region, which enhances Etisalat's digital business portfolio for digital security services.
This development also enables Telecom Digital to further enhance its current services, especially those related to cloud computing, the Internet of Things, artificial intelligence, big data, and analyzes, so that it can become more robust and resilient against modern and evolving cybersecurity threats.
