The General Assembly of the Etisalat Group of Etisalat has ratified the distribution of cash dividends at the shareholders by 80 fils for 2020 and the abolition of the company's purchase program for its shares and instadates, the Assembly agreed to distribute additional 40 fils for one-time distribution, bringing the total profits from AED 2020 to 1.20 .
According to CNBCarabia, the Assembly ratified the roof of ownership of the shareholders in the company is non-UAE to reach 49% of the company's capital.
