The International Holding Company has acquired a 40% stake of Recepons Plus Medical Services through one of its subsidiaries.
According to the Emergency News Agency, Rispers Plus Medical, has become one of the largest suppliers in the UAE for field health care management systems and the transfer of emergency medical situations from remote sites.
The company provides medical support for oil and gas sectors, chemical industries, construction sites, field clinics and ambulance services. In 2019, the company announced its presence in Saudi Arabia and Sultanate of Oman and has strategic plans for expansion across the GCC region of GCC, Ghana, Nigeria / India in the next five years.
Today, Rispers Plus Medical today operates more than 200 field clinics, as well as owning the largest fleet of ambulances in the UAE. The company is part of a group of companies in PS Health Care.
