Investcorp Capital's profits declined by 7 percent at the end of the fiscal year 2024 ending in June, compared to the fiscal year 2023.
The company's profits declined during the fiscal year 2024 to 385.67 million dirhams ($105 million), compared to 415.05 million dirhams ($113 million) during the fiscal year 2023, according to a press release.
Total operating income increased by 5 percent to AED 484.84 million ($132 million), compared to AED 462.80 million ($126 million) in fiscal year 2023.
Last February, MSCI announced its periodic review of its indices, where Investcorp Capital was added to the small-cap index.
It is noteworthy that Investcorp Capital's quarterly profits declined in the second quarter, ending in December, by 34 percent to $21 million.
The Board of Directors announced a digital dividend distribution of 10 fils per share, representing an annual return of 9.6 percent on the current trading price basis, which is one of the highest dividends available today outside the Abu Dhabi Financial Market.
