Saudi Tadawul announced that Lana Medical Company shares will be listed and begin trading in Nomu - the parallel market, starting Wednesday, December 6, 2023, with the trading symbol 9587 and the international symbol SA15TGFKLPH6.
The company said, in a statement today, Monday, on Tadawul, that the daily price fluctuation limits will be +/- 30%, with fixed price fluctuation limits of +/- 10% applied.
Yaqeen Financial Company, as the financial advisor and underwriting manager for the potential offering of Lana Medical Company, had announced last October the company’s intention to offer 720,000 ordinary shares, representing 20% of its shares, and to list the company’s shares in the parallel market.
The company had obtained market approval issued on February 26, 2023, to list the company’s shares in the parallel market, and the approval of the Capital Market Authority on June 20, 2023, to register and offer the company’s shares for subscription in the parallel market.
The company added that the final offering price will be determined for all subscribers after the end of the book-building period, noting that the offering period will begin on Sunday, November 12, 2023, by the end of Thursday, November 16.
The coverage percentage reached 117.17% of the total shares offered, during the offering period that ended on Thursday, November 16, 2023.
