The Red Sea International Company announced the signing of a contract with NEOM, to provide facilities, operation and maintenance services for the residential / administrative complex that the company will implement.
The company said in a statement to the Saudi market (Tadawul), that the contract period is 3 years, starting from the date of completion of the implementation of the residential complex, with a total value of 53 million riyals.
and indicated that the contract includes the provision of complementary services in the residential complex, including catering services, cleaning, maintenance, and support services represented in medical, security and entertainment services.

She also pointed out that the financial impact is to achieve revenues and profits during the contract period starting from the first quarter of 2021 until the fourth quarter of 2023, confirming that there are no related parties within Contracting.
