US stock index futures fell marginally during market trading ahead of the opening of the US session on Thursday, as markets awaited the release of US inflation data expected later today, which may have an impact on the upcoming decisions of the US Federal Reserve, which will be reflected in the performance of US stocks. Here is a look at the performance of the main US stock indexes :

Dow Jones futures fell 0.07% to 40,023.00.

S&P 500 futures fell 0.07% to around 5,684.25 points.

It is worth noting that US stocks closed their trading session yesterday, Wednesday, with a strong rise in all of their main indicators, as the Dow Jones Industrial Average ended trading with a noticeable rise of 1.09%, or about 429.39 points, to reach 39,721.36 points.

Also, the S&P 500 index ended the last session with a strong rise of 1.02% to reach 5,633.91 points, and the Nasdaq Composite Index also rose by 1.09% or about 222.36 points, to reach 20,675.38 points at the end of trading on the US Stock Exchange.
