The company said in a statement to the Saudi Market (Tadawul), today, Tuesday, that the Board of Directors recommended the distribution of 6.5% cash dividends to shareholders by 0.65 riyals per share, with a total value of 140.7 One million riyals
The company indicated that the eligibility for distributions to shareholders who own shares at the end of the second trading day following the date of the General Assembly, which will be determined after approval of the competent authorities.
She noted that the dividend distribution date will be announced at a later time.
