The Board of Directors of the Advanced Petrochemical Company has approved the distribution of cash dividends totaling 143 million riyals for the first quarter 2022, for a number of shares entitled to dividends of 260 million shares.
According to Arabiya Net, the company said in a statement, that the stock's share of the distribution is 0.55 riyals, with a distribution ratio to the nominal value of the share of 5.5%.
Eligibility is for the shareholders who own shares at the close of the market on May 12, 2022 and are registered in the company's shareholders register at the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
The distribution date will be May 22, 2022.
Advanced Petrochemical Company's shareholders had agreed during the extraordinary general assembly meeting to increase the company's capital by 20.11% by granting one bonus share for every 5 shares held.
The total amount of the increase is 435.266 million riyals, bringing the capital after the increase to 2.6 billion riyals, compared to 2.16 billion riyals before the increase.
