According to Arabiya Net, the financial results of the Advanced Petrochemical Company showed an increase in its net profit by 39.7% in the third quarter of 2021, to reach 218 million riyals, compared to a net profit of 156 million riyals in the same quarter of 2020.
The number of shares payable for dividends reached 216,473,400 shares, with a dividend per share of 0.65 riyals, and a distribution ratio to the nominal value of the share at 6.5%.
Eligibility will be for the shareholders who own the shares at the close of the market on the 11th of November 2021, and who are registered in the company's shareholders register at the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date. . The distribution date will be November 21, 2021.
