Almarai Company announced the full payment of the value of the Sukuk (second issue) with a total amount of 787 million riyals.
The company said in a statement to the Saudi market (Tadawul) that it had paid the full amount on March 31, 2020.
She explained that the face value of the instrument upon redemption amounted to one million riyals, indicating that the percentage of redemption from the total issue is 100%.
Almarai noted that the financial impact of the previous currency will appear on the results for the first quarter of the current year.
