Saudi Aramco's losses fell Total for refining and petrochemicals by 3.85%.
According to Arab Net, Sutorp's losses reached 620.9 million riyals in the first quarter of 2021, compared to SR 645.8 million losses in the same quarter of 2020.
On a quarterly basis, Sutorp's losses decreased by 22.3% in the first quarter of 2021, compared to losses of about 799.4 million riyals in the fourth quarter of 2020.
The company returned decrease in losses in the first quarter of 2021, on an annual basis, to improve refining and petrochemical margins in addition to the high increase in productivity compared to the first quarter of 2020, which was affected by the company's scheduled maintenance.
The financial results of Saudi Aramco Total for Refining and Petrochemicals Sutorp, have shown a 304.2% rise in net losses in 2020, for about 2.59 billion riyals, compared to SAR 641.57 million in 2019.
