Real estate transactions in the Department of Lands and Properties in Dubai recorded more than 1.42 billion dirhams during the past week
According to the Emirates News Agency, the department witnessed the registration of 449 sales of 860.69 million dirhams, of which 34 were land sales of 206.7 million dirhams, and 415 sales of apartments and villas amounting to 653.98 million dirhams.
The most important land sales came with a value of 63 million dirhams in Umm Al-Sheif, followed by a pledge of 19 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa region, followed by a pledge of 10 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah region.
The second pagan region ranked first in terms of number of sales, with 6 sales recorded at 19 million dirhams, followed by the Burj Khalifa region with 3 sales amounting to 35 million dirhams, and a third in the sixth pillar with 3 sales amounting to 5 million dirhams.
With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sales amount of 40 million dirhams in the Palm Jumeirah region came as the most important sales, followed by a sales of 8 million dirhams in the first Khiran region and finally a pledge of 7 million dirhams in Jazira 2 region.
Dubai Marina area topped the areas in terms of number of sales of apartments and villas, with 75 sales recorded at 152 million dirhams, followed by Al Barsha South in the fourth with 48 sales with a value of 27 million dirhams and a third in Wadi Al Safa 5 with 45 allegations of 64 million dirhams.
Mortgages recorded a value of 503.19 million dirhams, including 37 mortgages of land at a value of 465.95 million dirhams, 30 mortgages of villas and apartments with a value of 37.25 million dirhams, the most important of which was in Al Barsha South Region, with a value of 186 million dirhams, and another in the Jebel Ali Industrial Area I, at a value of 60 million dirhams.
As for the donations, 12 gifts were received at a value of 53.13 million dirhams, the most important of which was in Wadi Al-Safa 3, with a value of 16 million dirhams, and another in the first Al-Safa region, with a value of 13 million dirhams.
