Real estate disposal in Dubai Land Department has achieved more than 1.96 billion dirhams this week.
According to the Emirates News Agency, the department witnessed the registration of 528 sales transactions with a value of 1.16 billion dirhams, including 95 sales of land with a value of 538.3 million dirhams and 433 sales of apartments and villas with a value of 625.41 million dirhams.
The most important land sales came with a value of 60 million dirhams in the Merkad area, followed by a sales of 33 million dirhams in the second Jebel Ali Industrial Area, followed by a sales of 25 million dirhams in the region of Jabal Ali Industrial Third.
The Sheikh Mohammed Bin Rashid Gardens area topped the areas in terms of number of sales, registering 27 sales pledges of 99 million dirhams, followed by the sixth Habiya region with 5 sales pledges of 8 million dirhams and a third In the fifth year, it recorded 4 sales, amounting to 13 million dirhams.
With regard to the most important sales of apartments and villas, a sale of AED 19 million came in the Burj Khalifa area, as the most important sales, followed by a sale of 7 million dirhams in the Burj Khalifa area, and finally a pledge of 7 million AED in the Burj Khalifa area.
Al Barsha South topped the fourth region with regard to the number of sales of apartments and villas, with 62 pledges amounting to 40 million dirhams, followed by Dubai Marina by registering 47 allegations with a value of 87 million dirhams and third In Wadi Al-Safa 5, it recorded 42 sales of 36 million dirhams.
Mortgages recorded a value of 595.58 million dirhams, including 109 mortgages of land valued at 519.29 million dirhams and 84 mortgages of villas and apartments with a value of 76.29 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the first Nahda region with a value of 131 million One dirham and another in Al Barsha 1, with a value of 63 million dirhams.
As for the donations, 43 gifts were received, valued at 200.99 million dirhams, the most important of which was in the Burj Khalifa area of 108 million dirhams, and another in the Dubai Marina area of 51 million dirhams. p>
