The company stated that the coverage of individuals participating in the Saudi Tadawul subscription amounted to more than 4 times, with a coverage rate of more than 442.5%.
The offering price amounted to 105 riyals per share, and the total value of individual requests exceeded 5 billion riyals.
A minimum of 10 shares have been allocated to each individual subscriber included in the subscription application, while the remaining shares will be allocated on a pro-rata basis based on the size of each subscriber's request to the total remaining shares To be subscribed for, with an allocation rate of about 11.5% on a pro-rata basis.
