Osool and Bakhit Investment Company decided to distribute profits amounting to 23.94 million riyals for 61.37 million units, for the unit holders of Al-Maather Reit Fund, for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2020 .
According to Arabia Net, the company said in a statement that the value of the distributed profit per unit is 0.39 riyals, with a distribution ratio of 3.9% to the initial price of the unit.
It added that the distribution percentage of the net asset value is 4.3% as of December 31, 2020.
The eligibility for cash dividends is for unit owners, according to the register of unit owners at the end of March 18, 2021, and the date of dividend payment will be within 15 days from the date of maturity.
