Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development Company signed an agreement with the Trump Organization for the Aida project in the Sultanate of Oman.
According to Arabiya.net, Dar Al-Arkan said in a statement that the agreement includes the development of Trump's residential villas, a hotel, and a golf course in the Aida project.
According to the statement, the Aida project is currently being developed with the support of the Omani Company for Development and Tourism Omran, the executive arm of tourism development in the Sultanate of Oman, and the partner in the project, with a joint investment of 6 billion riyals.
Dar Al-Arkan stated that the expected value of the project is $4 billion, and it will be developed over 10 years on an area of 3.5 million square meters.
She pointed out that there is no substantial financial impact on Dar Al-Arkan Real Estate Development Company to date, because this project is among the projects of Dar Al-Arkan International Company.
