The UAE company, Dana Gas, confirmed that there were no casualties or damage, as a result of the fall of two small rockets, in the Khormore concession area in the Kurdistan region of Iraq, on Friday and Saturday, stressing the continuity of Production operations normally and without any interruption.
The company reported that work on the Khormore 250 (KM250) expansion project has been temporarily suspended while the necessary security improvements are being implemented, Emirati newspaper Al Khaleej reported.
The company indicated that it is coordinating directly with the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq, which has shown strong support for the company with the Iraqi government.
The company confirmed that the Kurdistan Regional Government of Iraq has taken all necessary measures to enhance security measures in Khormore, including moving more armed forces to protect facilities and facilities in the area.
