The Emirate of Ras Al Khaimah has booked an advanced ranking in the Ease of Business Report 2019, at the level of local economies, which was issued by the World Bank.

This classification resulted in the emirate's assumption of leadership positions in a number of sub-axis indicators.

The index of time spent on dismissal of commercial cases reached 160 days within the enforcement framework of contracts, where the performance of the judicial system in this aspect comparably outperformed Singapore by 164 days, which It ranks first in the world on the level of national economies, which enhances the emirate's competitiveness, and demonstrates the efficiency of its judicial system.
