Response Plus Company, formerly Burjeel Medical Center (Yas Mall), intends to list its shares on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange, noting that its capital is 200 million dirhams distributed over 200 million shares with a nominal value of one dirham per share.

According to Arabia Net, Response Plus was established in the Emirate of Abu Dhabi in 2015 as a holding company specializing in investment and management in the healthcare sector, and a subsidiary of VBS Health Care, Which is one of the largest providers of integrated private healthcare services in the Middle East, currently operating 260 field clinics and the largest private fleet of Abu Dhabi ambulances.

VPS operates 24 operational hospitals and more than 125 medical centers and provides support for medical services throughout the Middle East, Europe and India. Through the group, Response Plus provides doctors, nurses and paramedics, as well as ancillary medical services to the oil and gas industries, events, educational institutions, airports and seaports, according to the Emirati newspaper Al Bayan.

The company indicated that it is able to plan and implement medical evacuations, return patients from the UAE to any country in the world, and retrieve them from anywhere in the world for treatment in the UAE. Thanks to the company's multinational EMS teams.

The company achieved a net profit of about 12.5 million dirhams in the first half of this year, compared to a loss of 2.51 million dirhams in the same period last year.
