The Saudi Economic and Development Company for Securities (SEDCO Capital) decided to distribute cash dividends of 7.5 million riyals to the owners of SEDCO Capital REIT fund units for the period from October 1, 2020 AD to December 31, 2020.
According to Arabiya Net, the company said in a statement that the cash dividends are based on 60 million outstanding units.
The company clarified that the eligibility for cash distributions to unit owners, according to the register of unit owners at the end of Wednesday, Jumada Al-Awwal 15, 1442 AH corresponding to December 30, 2020 AD.
