The Ellington real estate development company has entered into a partnership with the Dubai Multi Commodities Center to develop the new Upper House residential project in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. The most prestigious mixed-use community in Dubai, with a project value of 1.2 billion dirhams.
Upper House is the first residential project of Ellington Properties in Jumeirah Lakes Towers. The project, which is scheduled for completion by early 2026, embodies the company's integrated design philosophy. The Brewery Smith Brewery Group has designed the project, which will feature premium, high-quality facilities bearing the company's signature.
According to the Emirati newspaper Al Khaleej, the Upper House project will include 377 residential units, ranging from elegant studios to one, two and three bedroom apartments. The residential project will host a cinema hall, a social club, a music studio, an indoor skate park, a water and play area for children, and more.
