Dubai Government's Finance Department obtained a global certificate confirming its excellence in the quality of customer service.
According to Al Khaleej Newspaper, the British Standards Institute granted the TISSE 2018 certificate to the Finance Department of Dubai Government after passing all stages of the audit and evaluation of the specified standards. >
The certificate was received by Abd al-Rahman Salih Al Salih, Director of the Finance Department, by Uzlem Unsal, Director General of Systems Certification at the British Institute of Standards BSI.
Dubai Finance Department is the first government agency in the Middle East and the world to obtain this certificate in its most recent version 2018, with a 4-star rating and a score of 89.7%.
