Central Bank President Christine Lagarde said eurozone growth could be as low as 2.3% in 2022.
Lagarde added in a statement, yesterday, Saturday, that the data received do not indicate a material risk of economic recession.
She indicated that the European Central Bank was ready to revise the schedule of net asset purchases in terms of volume and duration.
In all scenarios, inflation is expected to decline, stabilizing at levels close to the Bank's 2% target in 2024, Lagarde said.
