The general index of the Saudi stock market, the TASI, rose towards the level of 9600 points, to touch its highest level in nearly 6 years, at the beginning of trading today.
According to Arabia Net, Tassi rose by 1.22%, equivalent to 115.35 points, at 9588.55 points, in the meantime.
The value of trading was about 4.29 billion riyals, through trading on about 154 million shares.
The market value of Saudi stocks recorded about 9.46 trillion riyals, meanwhile, 108 shares rose, while 75 shares fell out of a total of 203 shares listed in the main market.
The highest gainers were led by Sadaq shares, which increased by 10% at 20.68 riyals, while the decliners were topped by Amiantit, by 3.39%, at a price of 29.9 riyals.
Al-Rajhi led the most active shares by value by 404.7 million riyals, while Al-Enmaa topped the most active stocks by 14.36 million shares. p>
