Maharah Human Resources Company decided to distribute cash dividends to shareholders for the first half of the fiscal year 2022, with a total of about 46.87 million riyals, for the number of outstanding shares of 37.5 million shares.
According to Arabiya Net, Maharah said in a statement that the share of the distribution is 1.25 riyals per share, with a distribution ratio of 12.5% to the nominal value of the share.
She added that the eligibility is for the shareholders who own shares on the due date Sunday, September 4, 2022 and are registered in the company's shareholders register with the Securities Depository Center Company (Edaa) at the end of the second trading day following the due date.
The distribution date is September 14, 2022.
