Natixis Investment Banking Services (Natixis CIB), a subsidiary of the BBC Group, and ACWA Power, the International Water and Power Projects Company, have signed a Memorandum of Understanding stating their intention to cooperate in supporting and financing ACWA Power projects in the region.
According to Arabiya Net, ACWA Power said in a statement that the MoU paves the way for the two parties to explore opportunities to develop new projects in the region, including renewable and clean energy, with Natixis CIB aiming to fund up to approximately $2 billion over two years for project business plans.
