< Japan's Nissan Corporation said it has filed a criminal lawsuit against its former president, Carlos Ghosn, for a serious breach of trust under the Japanese corporate law.

The Japanese automaker stated that it filed the lawsuit after determining the amounts Nissan transferred to an overseas company that sells cars through a branch that was run by Ghosn for his personal wealth.

Prosecutors in Tokyo are expected to indict Ghosn on Monday on charges of gross breach of trust.

This will be the fourth accusation leveled against Ghosn since his arrest in November on suspicion of financial irregularities.
