The value of real estate transactions in Qatar during the month of October decreased by 11% on an annual basis, reaching 1.33 billion riyals, while it increased by 29% compared to the previous month of September, according to data from the Real Estate Registration Department of the Qatari Ministry of Justice.
The value of mortgage transactions in Qatar amounted to 1.9 billion riyals, a decline of 32% compared to the corresponding month of last year.
