Americana International Restaurants Company (PLC) announced today, Sunday, that a Board of Directors meeting will be held on February 14 to discuss a number of topics.
The company explained in a statement on the Tadawul website that the Board of Directors will discuss the financial results and dividends for the year 2023 during the meeting.
She indicated that the results of the Board of Directors meeting will be announced immediately after the end of the meeting. This is in compliance with the disclosure and transparency system.
Americana's results for the third quarter of 2023 revealed an increase in net profits by 9.9%, to 307.234 million riyals, compared to 279.56 million riyals for the third quarter of 2022.
The Ordinary General Assembly of the company’s shareholders, which held its meeting in March 2023, approved the Board of Directors’ recommendation to distribute cash dividends to shareholders, for the fiscal year 2022, in the amount of 103.47 US dollars, equivalent to 388 million Saudi riyals, at 0.0123 dollars (0.0461 riyals) per share.
