Jadwa Investment Company announced the distribution of cash dividends of 30.02 million riyals to the unit holders of the Jadwa Reit Saudi Fund, for the fourth quarter of 2020, at 0.19 riyals per unit. 1.9% apportionment to the initial unit price.
According to Arabiya Net, the company said in a statement that the eligibility for cash distributions to unit owners according to the register of unit owners by the end of Tuesday, February 2, 2021, the end of the trading day on January 31 2021.
The distribution ratio of net asset value is 1.7%, as of December 31, 2020.
Dividends will be paid within 20 business days of the due date, Jadwa Reet said.
