Hail Cement Company decided to distribute cash dividends to the company's shareholders for the first nine months of 2021, with a total of 48.95 million riyals, for a number of outstanding shares of 97.9 million shares.
According to Arabiya Net, Hail Cement said in a statement that the share of the distribution is 0.5 riyals per share, with a distribution ratio of 5% to the nominal value of the share.
The eligibility date will be on Thursday, December 9, 2021, provided that eligibility is for the shareholders who own shares and are registered in the company’s shareholders register at the Depository Center at the end of the second trading day following the due date. The distribution date will be Thursday, December 23, 2021.
The profits of Hail Cement Company declined in the first nine months of 2021 by 44.37% to 47.17 million riyals, compared to 84.8 million riyals in the same period of the previous year.
