Deyar Development Company has agreed to show the settlement submitted by Limetles, which is worth 500 million AED.
According to Arab Net, it has indicated that its Board of Directors agreed on the first of this month in the presentation submitted by Limitis to resolve the Governance of Diyar against Limitless, which includes payment of part of the dues in cash and a group of land.
The company has stipulated that the land is assessed by independent external residents, which are jointly appointed by the parties, contributing to the approval of the shareholders, through a special resolution at the company's General Assembly meeting, according to the Gulf newspaper. >
Deyaar Development Company, previously announced that the total amount and compensation expected to be paid after the judgment of its righteous appeals court reaches AED 621 million.
