According to Arab Net, the land area of the hospital, 44,303.33 square meters, and a total area of 73,870 square meters, and a capacity of 141 beds, at an estimated cost of 458 million riyals, according to the company, in a statement to the Saudi Financial Market.
The establishment of the project is expected to begin during the third quarter of 2021, after taking the necessary regular approvals from the competent authorities.
The project will be funded depending on the resources of the Self-Group and long-term bank loans compatible with Islamic Shariah Governors from local banks.
The construction of the project is expected to be completed during the third quarter of 2024 and after obtaining the regular approvals necessary from the competent authorities.
