and the company indicated that this contract will be presented to the next public according to the relevant regulations, indicating that there are related parties; They are the Chairman of the Board of Directors, Sulaiman bin Abdulaziz Al-Habib, and a member of the Board Hisham bin Sulaiman Al-Habib.
and clarified that approval has been obtained from the Saudi Ministry of Health for the requirements of the initial stage of opening a health facility, and the company is currently working on completing the building permit requirements from the Riyadh Municipality.
