The President of the Judicial Committee of the US House of Representatives has set a date next May for compliance with Justice Secretary William Barr, in order to obtain a full unauthenticated copy of the report of Special Investigator Robert Mueller regarding the suspicions related to the relationship of the President’s administration Donald Trump on Russian interference in the 2016 elections and obstructed justice, despite Trump's apparent acquittal through the two revised versions that Barr had submitted to the council before.

On Thursday, Secretary of Justice William Barr announced his willingness to share all the revised information except for the grand jury’s procedures and without a full presentation of Muller's 448-page report, but Democratic Representative Gerold Nadler, despite stressing the importance of the published parts of the report, made it clear in a statement. The Judicial Committee needs the full copy of the report and basic evidence that is in line with previous practices, saying that even the revised version of the report identifies serious cases committed by President Trump and some of his close associates.

It is noteworthy that the Democratic Representative, Gerold Nadler, who advocated the removal of Trump and Mueller's testimony before the Congress, had warned against escalating the legal battle for the Supreme Court if Minister Barr failed to disclose the required evidence and the unauthenticated copy of the report.

On the other side, Republican Representative Doug Collins, a member of the Judicial Committee, commented that Nadler must request the report from the Ministry of Justice before submitting a summons to Minister Bar, because there are approximately 2,800 summonses from a grand jury that are still valid and which is inconsistent with the law

Justice Minister William Barr is expected to appear before the Republican-controlled Senate, a day before he meets to summon the House of Representatives with a Democratic majority that is struggling to prove accusations against President Trump under the interpretation of parts of Mueller's published report that called on Congress to discuss ten places in which Trump interferes To obstruct justice, and also stipulated that the investigation team could not find what Trump condemned in Russia’s interference in the 2016 elections.
