Presidential Spokesman Bassam Rady said that the President's directives also included increasing the salaries of all employees of the state's administrative apparatus by a total of 37 billion pounds, and approving two bonuses at a cost of about 7.5 billion EGP, increasing the additional incentive at a total cost of EGP 17 billion, and promoting employees who meet the requirements for promotion by the 30th of next June.

Radi added in a press release, that the bonuses that the President has directed include a periodical bonus for employees addressed by the Civil Service Law, at 7% of the job wage, and the second is a special bonus for non Civil Service Law respondents at a rate of 13% of the basic salary.

He explained that the President directed the government to increase the value of pensions by about 13% at a total cost of about 31 billion pounds, and to allocate a financial incentive estimated at about 1.5 billion pounds for workers transferred to the new administrative capital .

The draft general budget for the next fiscal year included a growth of 9% over the current year’s estimates, and aims to reduce the total deficit to about 6.6% of GDP, and achieve a primary surplus The amount of 1.5% of the GDP, and continuing to maintain public debt ratios.
