Abu Dhabi Development Holding Company is exploring the possibility of a possible acquisition of the Egyptian pharmaceutical unit of Bausch Health.
According to Arabnet, sources told Bloomberg that the company is evaluating the business of Bausch, known as Amon Pharmaceuticals, as it seeks to expand its healthcare portfolio.
The sources revealed that Amon could bring in at least $ 700 million from the sale, indicating that no final agreements have yet been reached, and there is no certainty that the deliberations will lead to Deal.
Amun could also attract other applicants, according to sources.
