Arabtec Holding Company appointed Wael Farsakh as the new CEO to succeed Peter Pollard.


According to Al-Bayan, the company added in a statement, that Farsakh is currently the Chief Operating Officer.


Farsakh has 33 years of experience working in the implementation, delivery and management of civil and marine projects, roads, infrastructure, commercial and residential, and joined Arabtec in September 2019, following a strategic plan that relies primarily on the restructuring of construction projects in the company.
She indicated that Najih Awad was appointed as the company's acting chief financial officer.


Arabtec Holding was established in July 2004 and has been listed on the Dubai Financial Market since January 2005, and implements a set of construction and infrastructure projects, including commercial, residential, social and economic infrastructure projects and oil and gas projects.
