The financial statements of the Saudi Tadawul Group Holding Company showed an increase in the company's profits last year by 17.4% compared to the profits of 2020.

According to the company's results for the Saudi market, today, Sunday, last year's profits amounted to 587.7 million riyals, compared to profits in 2020 of 500.52 million riyals.

The company said that the increase in annual profits is due to the increase in operating revenues by 8% to reach 1.166 billion riyals, compared to 1.080 billion riyals in 2020.

The increase in operating revenues was mainly driven by positive growth in trading services, post-trading services and listing fees, which was supported by the strong performance of the Saudi stock market during the year 2021.

The group's board of directors recommended distributing cash dividends to the company's shareholders for the past year at 30% of the nominal value of the share at 3 riyals per share, with a total value of 360 million riyals .
