Emaar Properties intends to discuss amending Article (57) of the company's articles of association, by adding a new clause authorizing the distribution of interim dividends on a semi-annual or quarterly basis, during Its general assembly is to be held on June 21.



According to Al-Bayan newspaper, the company said that the company will also discuss and approve the report of the board of directors on the company's activity and its financial position for the fiscal year ending on December 31, 2019, and the company's budget and profit and loss account for the fiscal year ending December 31, 2019.

The company indicated that if the quorum is not complete for this meeting, the second meeting will take place on Sunday 28 June 2020.
