Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange (ADX) listed NMDC Group PJSC announced yesterday, Saturday, that the initial public offering (IPO) of 1.15 billion shares (Offering Shares) of its wholly owned subsidiary, NMDC Energy PJSC, was oversubscribed by 7 times during the second day of the subscription period.
The interest in the initial public offering of NMDC Energy continued for the second day in a row by investors despite the weekend.
The subscription period is scheduled to end on Wednesday, September 4, 2024. NMDC Energy intends to list its shares on the Abu Dhabi Securities Exchange on Wednesday, September 11, 2024.
