The Board of Directors of Al-Muammar Information Systems recommended distributing 20 million riyals in cash dividends for the first half of the current year 2020.
According to ArabiaNet, the company stated in a statement that the dividend will be distributed by one riyal per share, on the number of 20 million shares.
The distribution percentage is 10% of the nominal value of the share.
The dividends will be entitled for the first half of the shareholders of the company who own the shares and are registered in the company records with the Securities Depository Center company at the end of trading on Sunday, July 21, 2020.
