The Saudi Kingdom Holding Company said it had completed a deal to sell half of its stake in Four Seasons Holding, for 8.29 million riyals.

The company announced the receipt of the aforementioned cash proceeds, after obtaining the regulatory approvals and completing the sale procedures.

And it clarified that one of its subsidiaries, the Kingdom Investment Company, had sold half of its stake in Four Seasons, equivalent to 23.75%, and retained 23.75% of the company's ownership.

And it stated that the expected gains of 5.9 billion riyals were recognized during the first quarter of this year (2022).
