The Qatar Stock Exchange announced the listing of shares of “Musanada Facilities Management Services” on the main market of the Qatar Stock Exchange as of December 15, 2025, bringing the number of listed companies to 55.

The company’s entire capital of 70 million shares will be listed directly without a public offering, after the company sold 25% of its capital to 100 non-founding shareholders.

The reference price for the share was set at 10 Qatari Riyals (1 Riyal nominal value and 9 Riyals issuance premium), based on the documents submitted by the company to the Qatar Financial Markets Authority.

The company’s capital is 70 million riyals by the end of the fiscal year 2025, and it owns assets worth about 190 million riyals. It manages major assets and facilities in Qatar, including the facilities and stadiums for the 2022 FIFA World Cup, the Katara Cultural Village, and the old Doha port area.
